Service Description

This ten-hour, four-part program (online synchronous) is the recommended minimum to empower professionals to become more proficient in DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) concepts, practices, goal setting, measures, and ideas to test locally.   * Course 1:  Awareness. Increase awareness of how unconscious bias, microaggressions, stereotype threat, privilege, power, oppression, identity and intersectionality shape human and organizational behavior. We explore film, print media, trademarks, and laws to build awareness.  
 * Course 2:  Action. Learn to mitigate the impact of unconscious bias, microaggressions, stereotype threat, etc. using best practice models and skills building exercises at the individual and organizational levels.  
 * Course 3:  Translation. Practice setting DEI goals, measures to track success, and ideas to test locally using the evidence-based Model of Improvement.
